 In Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 9, Islamabad United won in an exhilarating climax. The National Bank Stadium in Karachi hosted the thrilling contest, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats until the very last ball.

The Last Battle

The Multan Sultans had targeted 159 runs on a pitch that was favourable to spin. Imad Wasim's outstanding performance, which saw him take five wickets for 23 runs, served as the foundation for their innings. With 3 wickets for 32 runs, captain Shadab Khan made a crucial additional contribution.

Martin Guptill, who opened the chase for Islamabad, got things going with a 30-ball fifty. But the middle order faltered. The group discovered


Imad Wasim (19 not out) and youthful talent Naseem Shah (17) proved to be the team's saviors.
